Basketball Practice Schedule

Location: Cedar Valley Community School
Time: Sundays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

November 2, 2025 - Everyone interested in playing is expected to attend this first practice. When you arrive, please check in with Molly near the entrance. The session will include introductions with the coaches, a review of the season schedule, and a discussion of team expectations. Before we wrap up, players will be assigned to tentative teams, and we’ll share each team’s practice start and end times.

November 16, 2025 to February 22, 2026 - Weekly Practice – Ongoing team practices focused on building skills and preparing for competition.

Tournament Schedule

Cascade Sub-Regional Basketball Tournament

Location: Marysville Pilchuck High School

Date/Time: January 18, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
 

Cascade Regional Basketball Tournament 

Location: Marysville Pilchuck High School

Date/Time: February 1, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

State Tournament

For teams that qualify, additional details will be provided

Location: Wenatchee

Date: February 27, 2026 to March 1, 2026

Heath History and Release Form Review Instructions

 

No later than November 23, all athletes must have a Special Olympics Health History and Release Form that expires after March 1, 2026 in order to participate in practices and SOWA competitions. To participate in practices only, they must have a form that is not yet expired.

 

To check your Heath History and Release Expiration Date on the SOWA Portal:

1. Log into the portal with same email that was used when the account was created. If you do not remember your password, use the password reset option.  If you experience problems signing-in, STOP, then request help here. Do not create a new account.

2. Choose My Checklist or My Participants as appropriate to navigate to find the expiration date.

 

If the Health History expires on or before March 1, 2026, renew the form. Instructions can be found at:
