Athletics and Soccer practices are held at the same time and location. First practice is March 7, 2026
Location: Alderwood Middle School
Time: Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Soccer Regional Tournament
Location: Starfire Sports Complex
Date/Time: May 2, 2026
Spring State Games
For athletes or teams that qualify
Location: University of Puget Sound
Date: May 29, 2026 to May 31, 2026
Health History and Release Form Review Instructions
All athletes must have a Special Olympics Health History and Release Form that expires after 6/01/2026 in order to participate in practices and SOWA competitions. To participate in practices only, they must have a form that is not yet expired.
To check your Heath History and Release Expiration Date on the SOWA Portal:

Log into the portal with same email that was used when the account was created. If you do not remember your password, use the password reset option. If you experience problems signing-in, STOP, then request help here. Do not create a new account.

Choose My Checklist or My Participants as appropriate to navigate to find the expiration date.
If the Health History expires on or before 6/01/2026 , renew the form. Instructions can be found at:
